For international travelers requiring a visa, symposium organizers may send invitation letters to (1) individuals who have registered and paid conference registration fees, or (2) authors who have had a paper/poster accepted for presentation at the conference. Send requests for letters to info@GuidingGreen.com. If you are not granted the visa, registration fees will be refunded minus the administrative fee $35 provided the refund is requested by e-mail by September 20.

Help Support Student Participation
The symposium has agreed to cover the registration fee for students when budget and space allows. If you are interested in contributing a nominal amount to help more students participate, there is space in the registration form to allow you to do so. A contribution of any amount will help a student. All contributors will be recognized in the symposium program.
